Many questions already have an answer on this site, often a fuller one than a message could hold.

If you want to attend the weekly majlis, the times, the place and the registration form are on its own page. You do not need to write first.
For the practices themselves, Daily Practice and Rahnuma-e-Salik set them out in order.
One request: begin the practices and the lessons under the guidance and permission of your own Shaykh. Nothing on this site is a substitute for him.
